This policy explains what information Tidy & Tucked (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit tidyandtucked.com, how we use it and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Email sign-ups. When you request a free printable or join the list, we collect your email address, which printable you asked for and the page you signed up on.
- Contact form. Your name, email address and message, so we can reply.
- Usage data. Like most websites, our server, analytics and advertising partners receive standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed and referring site.
- Cookies. Small files stored by your browser. See our Cookie Policy for details.
How we use it
- To send the printables and emails you asked for. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
- To answer messages sent through the contact form.
- To understand which posts are useful and improve the site.
- To show advertising that helps keep the site free.
- To protect the site against spam and abuse.
Advertising (Google AdSense)
We use Google AdSense to show ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to our site and/or other sites on the internet.
You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies at aboutads.info. Learn more in How Google uses information from sites that use its services. Visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked for consent through a certified consent message before personalized ads are shown.
Analytics
We may use Google Analytics to measure traffic in aggregate. Google Analytics uses cookies; you can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Affiliate links
Some posts contain affiliate links, including Amazon. If you click one, the retailer may set a cookie to credit us for a purchase. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
Our “Save to Pinterest” buttons are plain links that open Pinterest in a new window. Pinterest only receives information if you click one, under Pinterest’s own privacy policy.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site (hosting, email delivery, analytics and advertising), when required by law, or to protect our rights.
How long we keep it
Email subscriber data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Contact messages are kept for up to two years. Server logs are kept for a short period for security.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EEA/UK or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To make a request, use our contact page. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Children
This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA).
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed.
